My car was hit and my mirror was torn off while I was parked on Cold Spring. I had to chase the driver to pull over which he did and I also flagged down a police officer. We exchanged information as instructed by the police officer. They have a person work at their company with the title "auto & general liability claims" who referred me to their insurance company. Not a customer experience. Was driving on the interstate in a different lane when hard concrete from the concrete truck flew off and hit my car cracking my windshield. Unfortunately there's no way to contact any of the witnesses. This company needs to learn to clean their equipment to prevent damaging those around them.
