My girlfriend had to be taken here by ambulance due to being extremely sick, she was nearly passed out and unresponsive. They immediately put her in the lobby waiting room and left her there for two hours, while the staff ignored her every request. We eventually left and took her to another hospital in Dayton because they were basically ignoring us and being rude everytime I asked for help. They weren’t even busy at the time. I just wanted to review how amazing the care was yesterday March 16,2026 for my partner KP. He had not been feeling well for about 2-3 days. A few days before I had to call an ambulance and he was taken to a non-Kettering hospital that discharged him with concerning symptoms. Two days later I drive him here to Kettering Greene. This er sucks please don't come to Kettering! My wife was brought by squad and they kept me in the freaking waiting room for 30 minutes which is unacceptable! Is the first thing. They are slower then the 7yr itch.
This place a month ago didn’t even help me what makes me more upset is I’m not only one saying that didn’t get help? What wrong with you then blame me how dare you ?
Last time I was there was a terrible experience! Only once was it acceptable. Wish I was back up north, Cleveland is a hell of a lot better place!!!
