I would rank it higher if they would call me letting me know when I can see my doctor again!
Well I've been coming here for 10 years now. The only gripe I have is that no one ever i mean ever answers the phone. Leaving msgs, your unable to since recording is always full. The new location seems promising. Lets just hope things change with the phone
I bring my uncle here. Worst office ever. They never answer the phones. The doctor is never on time because he comes from Fremont. The office manager Amber allows too many appointments to be booked, to the point where you wait over an hour. Most of the time you beat the doctor to the office. I have been with this office since 2011 before Dr. Lyles actually retired this girl Amber that is running this office is a horrible person horrible person in the beginning. Amber was a humble young lady once she got a position over people I watched her transitioning into an egotistical uncaring individual. The doctor took me out on a medical leave June 6.
