He is the best . The staff are so kind and attentive . I have always preferred woman physician , because I felt they really heard me . Let me tell you , I was worried for nothing . Dr. Schumaker heard me , listened to me and my children . He told me why he did each and everything . He referred me to another doctor and explained why and even asked how I felt physically and emotionally after visiting the other doctor . I can’t say enough about the caring and competency of Dr. Schumaker. (I’ve even asked him if he could also be my primary care doctor.) He takes time with you, explains things, and is thoughtful in any recommendations. He remembers any personal concerns you have. And as a special note, I was with a very excellent doctor prior to Dr. Schumaker, who saw me through a stem cell transplant.
