Wife dropped the car off at scheduled appointment (Monday) for a tire change under warranty. Got a call after getting home that the team is delayed (still working on service tickets from a week prior) and the car won't be ready for up to 2 days. Why wasn't this mentioned when dropping off the car?? She had to call out of work the next day since she couldn't drive. Was not given a loaner. Was not given a voucher to go to and from work. Shane Borzillo is a great service advisor at the Northlake location. He was very diligent when communicating with my warranty/insurance. He is also one of the most understanding and helpful advisors i've had with VW, highly recommend

Made an appointment for my 30,000 mile service on 8/20 . (My last under warranty with only 13,500 miles on my 2022 Taos☹️). I had a 9 AM appointment with Thomas and I showed up at 9:10am. I was told by Shane that Thomas had not come in to work, but he pleasantly offered to assist me. Shane was pleasant and very helpful. He Advised me the service may take a few hours.
