When I first needed service for my vehicle, I chose Schumacher even though I purchased my SUV at a different dealership. I also have an extended warranty, so I expected the process to be straightforward. Unfortunately, my initial experiences with the service department were extremely disappointing. I visited multiple times due to ongoing issues with my vehicle and interacted with three different service representatives. Staff member was pretty helpful and explained all options during check in, even sent a video of the service. What was really frustrating was collecting my vehicle after service was completed. Schumacher hung the kid out to dry - 5 or 6 booths open with employees hanging out or booths sitting empty and only one employee checking cars in and collecting payment.
