Jackie Cannon does a great job! I don’t think I’ve ever had a better service experience.
When I first needed service for my vehicle, I chose Schumacher even though I purchased my SUV at a different dealership. I also have an extended warranty, so I expected the process to be straightforward. Unfortunately, my initial experiences with the service department were extremely disappointing. I visited multiple times due to ongoing issues with my vehicle and interacted with three different service representatives. Staff member was pretty helpful and explained all options during check in, even sent a video of the service. What was really frustrating was collecting my vehicle after service was completed. Schumacher hung the kid out to dry - 5 or 6 booths open with employees hanging out or booths sitting empty and only one employee checking cars in and collecting payment. Jackie is absolutely AMAZING! Hands down the BEST service advisor at Schumacher/Volkswagon. She is one of the most experienced advisors at that location and as a woman, makes you feel valued as a customer unlike some of the other advisors I’ve seen there. This is the 2nd time she has assisted me with my vehicle and has gone over and above to assist me and make sure I’m taken care of. What a disaster the service center is at Schumacher. They were terrible ten years ago and they are worse now. My truck has been there for 16 days and they are still "waiting on a lift to free up because we are backed up." God help you if you purchase a vehicle and need to bring it here for service. I should have gone to Maroone.
