I needed something a little less common that they didn’t have in stock. They got it for me quickly other places were not as helpful.
Even though I bought my spa somewhere else they have been so very helpful in solving my spa problems I was having. I developed a skin condition with the original spa chemicals from Alvin’s and the owner walked me through switching to bromine and is always so helpful when I have issues. I trust her 100% to give me the best information. So glad I found someone that helpful and knowledgeable. She saved me from throwing the whole spa to the curb.
