Great service and reception from Mom and Dad
I needed something a little less common that they didn’t have in stock. They got it for me quickly other places were not as helpful.
Even though I bought my spa somewhere else they have been so very helpful in solving my spa problems I was having. I developed a skin condition with the original spa chemicals from Alvin’s and the owner walked me through switching to bromine and is always so helpful when I have issues. I trust her 100% to give me the best information. So glad I found someone that helpful and knowledgeable. She saved me from throwing the whole spa to the curb. Excellent service anytime we have had questions or something wrong with hot tub they are willing to help us out. Always responsive. Highly recommend
Forgot to put us on the calendar. No show no called 3 times. Never communicated changes. After 3 weeks told them to not come back.
