Started out as an amount that I was surprised and happy about. Always was answering calls or emails promptly. But did not disclose every minute of every call or word in an email written was a charge per minute to me to begin with. My original amount I paid up front was said, well if this case doesn’t go to court you actually might get some back is how it was sold to me. I did not have a good experience here. I was told by Danielle that I would have paperwork uploaded to their portal to fill out to get a head start, knowing I couldn't pay half of the fee until the following week. I think she meant it, but it never happened. They didn't call me, I always had to call them. I had to do the proof reading on the paperwork they finally got to me, but they didn't correct all the pages. I was delayed two weeks due to "technical difficulties".
