We like the quality of the showcase houses and the staff is friendly and professional. Brey in the front office was very informative and great to talk to.
Building a home can be very stressful, but Kent was wonderful to work with and made everything very easy! The hardest part was making our selections at the beginning, after that, Kent went above and beyond to make the process quick and accurate. He was great with communication, patient with all our questions and efficient with handling anything that came up along the way. The build was completed ahead of scheduled and came out fantastic!
Update 4/25: Wow...Wow...Wow! Schumacher Homes just finished our build...we could not be any more pleased!! It was completed much faster than expected and is 100% what we had envisioned. We can't say enough about Todd Samblanet and the trades people they used. We were very hands on during the entire build. Every person that stepped foot on our property was hardworking and respectful. Naté was very helpful and responsive to our needs. She made the whole process very easy for us and we were very happy where we ended up. Just as an update. We worked with Kent Godwin and his team in building our home. Kent kept us informed and up to date and we were very happy with the end product. Even though the house has been completed, Kent remains very responsive. We had a great experience with Schumacher
Kent and Jim were awesome to work with during this process. Building a house from the ground up was a new experience for us. They were helpful and patient with all our questions and concerns. Kent and Jim made our dream home possible.
