Jay was an excellent project manager overseeing the build of our first home. Wonderful communication throughout the process and someone who will go to bat with the city when there are delays in the process. We are building the Charleston American Tradition out of the Benson Office and working with Donnie Bentley. He has been absolutely amazing, he always updates us and we always feel comfortable to ask all the questions, big or small! We are about two months in and already on dry wall installation. It has been such an amazing process and would recommend to anyone I know!

Schumacher did something for me that no other home builder I have worked with—or even heard of—has done. We purchased a Schumacher home that was built in 2021 as the second owners. The home had experienced some settlement cracks in the drywall. The drywall was separating between a beam and the ceiling due to normal expansion and contraction caused by a dry winter.
