What a fantastic experience so far in deciding to go with Schumacher Homes for our custom built home. Our consultant Donzell Woodward is the best! Very friendly, professional and brings years of experience. He listens to what the customer wants and keeps the customer informed on every step of the process. We couldn't ask for a better person to help us. Can't wait to see how the rest of our journey comes out, but with Donzell and Schumacher Homes, it should be smooth and exciting!

We built our first home with Schumacher and the entire process took a little less than a year. From paperwork, choosing light fixtures, clearing our plot of land, to framing. Great customer service. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful, and answered every question we had. Chris C. overlooked the building process. We’re thankful we got to work with him.
