Amazing experience
We are excited to start furnishing our new home in Highlands, NC. Jason McConnell has the utmost integrity and does what he says. He also responds to texts and emails promptly. During construction on our very small and “tight” lot, he professionally and gracefully handled the few (but vocal) residents in our Highland Hills POA who stopped and complained. Paul and Krysten were amazing. Walked us through every option on planning a new home. They were very transparent on the cost of everything from lot prep to finishing touches. No sales pitch or pressure to sign contract. We left with a detailed printout of all our options and the cost of each. 10/10 would recommend.
We stopped to check out the Franklin, NC model homes after hiking this afternoon and met Paul Woodring, the Schumacher Homes Sales Coordinator. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We viewed the “Wanaka Modern Retreat;” the dark, contemporary-style home over-looking Hwy 64. If you’re ever in the market for a vacation home or permanent mountain house, I highly recommend this company!
