Schumacherhomes south Columbus has a great staff. They made it easy for us and it was a great experience to build our Santa Barbara II craftsman house. From Katie Kemp to our builder Colby Richards, everyone was so professional, friendly and great at what they do. We’ve been in our home for seven months now and we are so blessed and happy. Thank you so much.
So our warranty is almost up with Schumacher Homes. I called and spoke to the warranty supervisor Jim Schroeder. He was amazing. I gave him a list of minor adjustments to be made before our warranty was up. Not only did Jim come to our home to look everything over but he had contacted the contractors before he even arrived. All the contractors have called me to set up an appointment by the next day!! Jim and Schumacher Homes are AMAZING!!!!
