North Columbus office with Brian H. as the project manager really was the experience for us. Sarah and Hollie did a nice job on the pre-sales and design. The selections and permits process left some to be desired where too much time was wasted, felt more like a number, tough to schedule due to associates not working a full week, etc. Brian saved it though as a Project Manager. As soon as the dig began, there was work going on at the lot 4-5 days/week and sometimes on the weekends. We built the Charleston 3 with a lot of cust... read more

Schumacher Homes of Lewis Center is definitely top notch. We built the Santa Barbara model and couldn’t be happier. The home building experience from start to finish was absolutely seamless. Andy Howard was as our GC. He had a schedule from the start of the build and never deviated from it. We always knew what was happening with every stage of the build.
