We did a complete customer build on our SW Ohio property with Schumacher . The North Columbus office of Schumacher has very high reviews and our experience with them was positive from the start. We followed the Schumacher process of starting with their plans and made a series of modifications. North Columbus office with Brian H. as the project manager really was the experience for us. Sarah and Hollie did a nice job on the pre-sales and design. The selections and permits process left some to be desired where too much time was wasted, felt more like a number, tough to schedule due to associates not working a full week, etc. Brian saved it though as a Project Manager.
