The communication has improved over the years within this office. Most of my concerns have been addressed immediately. Guidance is provided even if it's not an issue they can address/are responsible.
Jody has been phenomenal with handling our build. He knows we are new to this and explains everything twice!
Our experiences with Schumacher have been positive. Yes, there have been minor delays due to scheduling or weather, but the employees we’ve worked with have been pleasant and accommodating.. Mr. Jerry has been fantastic in reaching out and addressing our every concern, going the extra mile at times to address whatever issues we have(there haven’t been many) or contacting to appropriate support when he can’t.. We Love our home and have enjoyed our relationship with Schumacher..
