Wonderful experience so far! We're only 30 days since ground breaking and already have a framed out home despite so much rain and bad weather they had to work around! Emel was wonderful starting us out and setting everything up. Kate was AMAZING through the entire process and was extremely helpful especially close to and during signing. I love my Schumacher home! It’s beautiful and they had excellent design choices. Kate and Steve had my back every step of the way. They were wonderful to work with, always happy to chat through ideas and questions and made me feel like we had a good partnership all the way. We have been in our home three weeks now and couldn’t be happier. I very highly recommend them.
I’m doing two stars because we had four projects bosses two were very very good. We knew that there was going to be bugs to work out. Now for the bugs the over hang on front door roof 4 inches on one side 14 on other, master shower a register placed right where you enter and exit the shower door plus a quarter of it under floor pan , thermostat placed in the center of wall , had to cancel movers 3 times, first day of moving in master toilet leaked to basement, kitchen sink leaked, faucet in other bathroom into the basement, ... read more
