First of all, building a home can be daunting and overwhelming and we just need to understand the massive undertaking we are about to begin. You need to be proactive, realistic and have some prior knowledge of your wants and needs way before you start to design a home. Schumacher built us a beautiful home on Lake James and our project manager, Matt Harper, did a fabulous job. Matt is professional, knowledgeable and did a great job communicating with us during the build.
