Went in for a new patient appointment, was told I may need some additional dental work at a high cost. After declining that service they sent me out without conducting a dental cleaning. They seem to care more about upcharging patients than providing an actual service. Would not reccomend this office. Upon looking at more reviews and here Yelp, this seems to be a known tactic for them. Would also like to notate the Dentist didn't open my mouth once or physically investigate any "Scan findings"

I have been going to Dr. Schumacher for 20 years and have always had an excellent experience. Recently, my crown fell out and I called to get an appointment for a replacement. I was fitted with a temporary crown and 3 days later the temporary crown fell out. I called on Saturday, Dec 30th, and left a message under the prompt for emergency calls.
