It took 3 calls to get the first service appointment for my new vehicle scheduled correctly. The service area was chaos from the moment I arrived (the service advisor kept saying "where's my valet"and informed me that "that guy is going to have to wait for the other advisor to arrive because I can't deal with him"). No one is in any hurry here either. Literally sitting in my car crying. Took the day off and drove an hour just to be told they don’t want to take anything part to check because it will take more than a day. Told me I could go and get a rental because they have no loaners. I can’t afford to pay for a rental and get my car fixed. I worked overtime for weeks to save to get my car fixed. The fact that no one cared just hurts. And just brought car out so I could leave.
I never write reviews, but after my experience at this Schumacher Chevy service center I thought I had to. I scheduled an appointment to wait for an oil change at 1 PM on Friday. I got there at 12:50 and checked in. My service rep was nice and he sent me a text to get in touch with him if I had any questions. The text contained a link to check on the progress of the work. Just picked up one of my company vehicles from the service department and I can truly say this is the first time any dealership service center has treated me with the upmost respect. "Yessir, thank you sir, my pleasure” from all the staff, opening doors for me and answering all my questions and concerns! Please hire additional staff, they're clearly overworked here which leads to poor customer service. Very disappointed in Chevy.
