Al Zimmerman is the best! I was traveling from Atlanta when my 2017 Trax broke down with an overheating engine (after getting it serviced at an Atlanta dealership). Al helped to expedite the service and eased my mind during a stressful situation. He went above and beyond and even got my car detailed. I can't thank Al enough for helping me safely get home back to Atlanta!
Please hire additional staff, they're clearly overworked here which leads to poor customer service. Very disappointed in Chevy.

Terrible experience. My truck has sat for two days going on day 3 with no calls returned, no text or emails returned, no status update. It was a very basic A/C fix and I could still be driving my truck instead of spending over $100 on uber while it sits. We’re a Chevy family and will never return to this service center. This past week I received service for my '24 Trax. First off, every staff member I spoke to treated me like I was a terrific customer who meant something to Shumacher. But the person who made me feel real special was the Service Advisor Al Zimmerman. Polite and professional. Took the time to answer my questions about my service needs. I worked through Al before. The reason is he wants to make sure my Trax rides off the lot as smoothly as when I first bought it.
