I had a highly disappointing experience with the service department, specifically with Victor Figueroa as my assigned Service Manager. I brought my vehicle in due to an issue with the front grill. Despite having a scheduled appointment with Victor, he was unavailable when I arrived, and I was asked to leave the car with another associate. 3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation
Call to ask a simple question about my lights. Could not get an answer from anyone that worked there. All they wanted was my truck so they could charge me most likely for something stupid that I could replace myself. , not my first bad experience with this location
Amazing customer service. Al Zimmerman is the best! He always does a great job in explaining everything to me. Also, he is great in making sure to inform me on what's going on with my car whenever I take it in for service.
