Just picked up one of my company vehicles from the service department and I can truly say this is the first time any dealership service center has treated me with the upmost respect. Please hire additional staff, they're clearly overworked here which leads to poor customer service. Very disappointed in Chevy.
I had brought my car in for a check engine light and had a horrible experience with the service advisor Justin. He wanted to charge me $350 for a diagnosis fee. The diagnosis was an unplugged spark plug, which took them 2 days to let me know. This can't be the correct because my car would have been misfiring and it wouldn't be running properly. Al Zimmerman is the best! I was traveling from Atlanta when my 2017 Trax broke down with an overheating engine (after getting it serviced at an Atlanta dealership). Al helped to expedite the service and eased my mind during a stressful situation. He went above and beyond and even got my car detailed. I can't thank Al enough for helping me safely get home back to Atlanta!
