First these guys charged me exorbitant fees (more than $600, after claiming on the phone that it'd be "some small assorted fees,") to take my shipment to a $285 customs inspection (additionally they charged me an extra 4.6% for paying with a credit card). Schumacher Cargo were recommended to me and so when we were moving from California to Australia, I contacted them. From the very beginning to the end, the company and in particular Mark Neville were extremely helpful. Mark was always available to answer questions and to assist in the filling out of the paperwork. I used Schumacher for a large shipment of household goods for a move to Ireland. Mark Neville was the agent who assisted me in Gardena and he was top notch. He went out of his way to help us organize the move and he made the paperwork easy. The cargo arrived when he said it would and the guys who delivered it in Ireland were great. I would use them again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time that Schumacher Cargo Logistics transported a car from me from the USA to Europe (The Netherlands). My contact at Schumacher, Joey Smit, took care of my interests from A – Z. As well the handling after arrival of the car on destination, accompanied by Joey Smit, was done perfectly. Next time I defiantly will make use of the service from Schumacher again.

My experience with Schumacher Cargo Logistics was outstanding! I shipped from Europe and their European Shipping Partner let me know when Schumacher will take over. Right away I was contacted by Mr. Luis Serrano and he kept me informed about every stage (port, customs, etc.) upon arrival in the US.
