AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT USE - SCAM
Do NOT use this company..Horrible customer service..they don't inform you on any changes with your shipment, nor do they answer the phone when you call..we been waiting for 9 months now for our motorcycle to leave savannah port to go to germany.. 9 months!!!! They estimated it being in germany within 3 months when we got the quote..it was supposed to leave yesterday, but of course that didn't happen..they pushed it back another 2 weeks the day before..im fed up with them at this point.. One of the worst experiences that I had in a long time. I hired them to transport a motorcycle from Bremenhaven, Germany to Brunswick, GA. It took 3 months to deliver the bike and, even though I recognize that supply chain/logistics is insane in a post-pandemic world, the lack of transparency and communications was unnerving. They simply don't care. Phone calls are never returned, emails ignored.
