i wish every place of business had people like Claire Persky and Robert. Claire was extremely helpful in working with my insurance company in getting my vehicle back on the road. Robert who repaired our vehicle not only did an outstanding job on it he also submitted paperwork and worked with submitting the paperwork needed in order to get a true adjustment on the claim that was submitted. I brought my vehicle to this auto body shop after an accident. A family member highly recommended the shop, so I decided to use them despite Progressive Insurance informing me that they were not a preferred Progressive vendor. I trusted the recommendation and expected professional service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. When our Equinox EV had to go into the shop to repair front and rear end damage, I wasn't expecting it to come out looking like it was new, but I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Our advisor Robert Hammesfahr kept in constant contact with me via email, answering my questions during the process and reassuring me that I would be happy with the results. We had some extensive cosmetic damage to two doors, corner of the cab and the bed of our Sierra and they did an outstanding job making it look new again. It looks like the day we took it off the lot. Not one flaw in the metallic paint work. Detailed inside and out. On time and on budget. I was concerned about how it would turn out but they really did a great job. Thanks!

Do not use this service unless you want to be without your car for an extended about of time. We were quoted 2 weeks but it took over 7 weeks just for the body shop - not including service work. We had to pay for a rental for the entire length of time. I was also frustrated because we needed not only body work but service work. While they were waiting for a headlight, after the car was fixed, they did not take it to the service station. Instead, it sat on their lot waiting, which caused additional time for the car to be fixe... read more
