Unbelievable customer service over the phone with great automated phone service so they knew exactly who I was when I called, Ziply please take note! I still can't believe that the best customer service I have gotten, besides from Chick-fil-A, is from a "sanitation" company.

Worst service ever on the phone! They had not been out to service in a month, so we called them AGAIN, they sent someone out to pick up, not clean it. Customer service is in Idaho, drivers have no idea what is going on. I definitely do NOT appreciate the company’s lack of communication! Horrible, horrible, horrible!
