The incredible service from the original ownership team at Schultz & Schultz is gone now that they've become a division of Ansay. Rather than providing the quote requested to add a jewelry policy to my existing Home & Auto so I could compare my options like I had asked, they just did it. I had to do the follow up on action items from our phone call that I was waiting feedback on. I've switched to another Acuity providing agent and the experience has been fantastic.
Great service! Tom has always been there to help us when we needed it. He looks for the best coverage for the best price. Never a problem with turnover of staff like the previous company we used. I highly recommend Schultz & Schultz!
