Laurie is a complete con job.
Hire a real estate lawyer if you are buying a home Laurie Schultz is selling. She did not honor her code of ethics during the sale of the house I purchased where she was the selling agent. She went out of her way to send an email claiming the sellers would walk away after we were in a binding contact and the only people who could walk away would be the buyers (us).
