They did my granddaughters memorial and it looks amazing. They were fast and communicated and reasonably priced. Hers was custom but they had no issue doing the picture I asked for. They placed her memorial and her grave is along the fence row so when they placed it they did as they should w it over The grave. I called to ask to turn it around where when you walk you can see it and he was so nice Immediately called the cemetery to make sure it could be turned around. My father passed away in December of 2023, and we found out quickly how one area funeral home will take advantage of a family’s grief by making us believe we had no other choice but to use their services due to the burial plot being on their land purchased in the early 1900’s. So many errors on the tombstone. They forget to add this or that or the designs are not correct. Then they make you feel like it’s your fault or you have to pay more. This happened several times.
We are very pleased with the service and pricing we received from Schultz Monument. We had two markers that needed to be changed and both look great now.
RIchard made this process very easy. He was timely, kept us informed, and was professional. I highly recommend this company.
