Treated me like an incompetent mother after delivering my first child. Bullied me and patronized me following a cesarean delivery that another provider said was likely unnecessary. I was NOT given any resources for lactation either when I asked for them. I was told I would never be able to have enough supply for my child. I sought out an IBCLC on my own and discovered undiagnosed oral tightness in my child that led to poor transfer and now have been breastfeeding for nearly 15 months.
