Travis, the sales associate, is kind, competent, and patient and took his time to explain all the new details of the new Explorer. The manager, Brian, was very helpful with the sales aspects of the car. There was no pressure to buy. I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for many years and I highly recommend their sales and service departments. They are a highly reputable and reliable dealership.
