Had to be by far the BEST experienced ive had at a dealership. No high pressure push fear of loss sales tactics...Roger was awesome to work with, they should do whatever to keep this guy around!! I dont brag about a car dealer, there like a dentist, but I would recommend if you need a vehicle...JUST FIRGET THE REST AND GO HERE!!

Came in to test drive a mach e sand color with my family. Associate Kevin was assigned to us (nice guy by the way). I originally wanted to lease but was denied, So my fiancé and i agreed to finance and put down a big down payment, i expressed that to Kevin and he said he would check that out for me and tell me how much i’d have to put down. this was on January 10, 2026, still waiting on the numbers Lol. P.S FORD DOES NOT RECOGINIZE EMERGENCY ROOM NURSES AS FIRST RESPONDER HEROS.

This was another pleasant experience dealing with Schultz Ford West Haverstraw. Travis, the sales associate, is kind, competent, and patient and took his time to explain all the new details of the new Explorer. The manager, Brian, was very helpful with the sales aspects of the car. There was no pressure to buy. I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for many years and I highly recommend their sales and service departments. They are a highly reputable and reliable dealership.
