I was involved in a hit-and-run about six months ago, and a friend recommended Craftsman Collision. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Probably the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. I have a company truck that was in an accident months ago. I heard good things so I had the customer send it to Shultz for repairs. I picked it up last week and had to bring it back for some repairs not related to the accident and after having a few minutes to look over the truck I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the work and especially the detail. Having to get any vehicle repairs is no fun but I will say Craftsman Collision on Queensway has always been amazing to deal with, kind, courteous, and they always go above an beyond, I highly recommend!
