I just want to give a huge thank you to the entire team at Craftsman. They’ve helped me out more than once now, getting my car back on the road quickly after two separate accidents. These guys are amazing. They communicated with me from the first I called ( Patty you are a gem! ) from the time I brought it down for the estimate then when I dropped my car off until It was done. I was even amazed that they detained it inside and out! You guys did a wicked job, looks just like the day I bought it off the show room floor! I'm glad I drove over 8 hours round trip to get a professional job done. It was well worth it.

I had a little fender bender, I called these guys and I brought the vehicle in for an initial inspection. I was given an appointment a little while later as some of the parts shipped from far away. The understood that I was from out of town, they were very helpful and supportive. When my vehicle was done, I couldn’t have been happier!! The car looked like brand new, they even went ahead and detailed the interior, looks brand new!
