Schultz collision center went above, and beyond when we had a terrible accident in Springfield and we were eight hours from home. They spent hours taking us to numerous rental car companies to find a car that would allow us to get back home. In addition, Chase did an outstanding job working with the insurance company to make sure our car was repaired properly. David is awesome! Save me a ton of money by pointing out the problem before he brought me to a mechanic who would not work on it. Once I got it home, it was an easy fix. David is fast courteous and goes above and beyond the call of duty. I can’t believe I’m saying it, but I had a great tow experience.
I would not buy a spray in bed liner from this place. It’s barely more durable than paint. The first scratch was within 24 hours of having the liner done. The scratch was from an aluminum lawn mower ramp shifting. I scheduled to have the scratch fixed and after I dropped it off the guy calls later that day to discuss the liner. He explains to me(two weeks after having the initial painting done)that there is a curing time and you should be careful the first week. That was not explained when it should’ve been.
