We recently had our carpets and an area rug professionally cleaned for the first time. eduardo and his partner arrived earlier than scheduled, but they called first to make sure i was home, which i appreciated. i didn't have my carpeted stairs cleaned this time because they noticed some wear and didn't want to risk causing any damage. instead, they placed the stair mats safely in my garage and didn't charge for that service, which was very fair. eduardo even offered to come back and put the mats back if i wanted, free of charge. since i skipped the stairs, i asked if they could clean the carpet in my living ro... read more
