Wonderful group of people to deal with.
One of there people came out to measure and give a quote to replace a residential pole. 4 months later I still do not have a quote nor have they contacted me. I've called the Tyrone office numerous times with no reply.
A larger urgent electrical project was placed in my lap at a late hour. I contacted Schultheis after 5 pm and was surprised when a human answered. They had someone out to prepare a bid the first thing the next morning and the proposal was in my hands shortly thereafter. While the decision-makers opted for a different proposal, Schultheis was still willing to answer questions about the recon they had done to help me move the project forward for no reason other then a willingness to help me out. Called them for an emergency, talked with a guy from the Tyrone office on Thursday for my second home in Tyrone. He assured me that they could get out to fix the problem Monday, and that they would call. Well long story short is our money wasn't good enough? Maybe they thought we were poor, but for some reason a deal was made and they didn't even call or show. Very disappointing for a person that likes to keep money with small businesses.
