A larger urgent electrical project was placed in my lap at a late hour. I contacted Schultheis after 5 pm and was surprised when a human answered. They had someone out to prepare a bid the first thing the next morning and the proposal was in my hands shortly thereafter. Called them for an emergency, talked with a guy from the Tyrone office on Thursday for my second home in Tyrone. He assured me that they could get out to fix the problem Monday, and that they would call. Well long story short is our money wasn't good enough? Maybe they thought we were poor, but for some reason a deal was made and they didn't even call or show. Very disappointing for a person that likes to keep money with small businesses. Schultheis has been here 3 times since last month. I have paid them almost $400 and all they can tell me is i have a leak in my mini split but not sure where! Now they want to replace the line at a cost of $700! I am not happy with their service!
Found and fixed electrical issues. Will highly recommend. Awesome work, reasonable, polite, knowledgeable, dependable.
