Just got home from a lovely experience having a ring from my great grandmother appraised by Sam. Sam is very knowledgeable and detailed yet still quick and efficient with his work. Comfortable office in his home and I enjoyed hearing about his findings as he went through the appraisal. Highly recommend a visit with Sam!
The appraisal process is smooth and easy. It’s very clear that Sam takes pride in his work. He was so professional, he provides all necessary paperwork, and is very nice. Highly, HIGHLY recommend him!!
Excellent service! Sam was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
We contacted Sam, for an appraisal and he made time to see us He obviously takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable, and professional He performed a detailed appraisal of our jewelry without it ever leaving our sight. Sam provided a wealth of information about the stones and numerous tips for caring for our jewelry. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with Sam.highly recommended.
Nice guy but not very knowledgeable never thought I'd pay a gemologist to identify items and get I don't know as an answer had a better experience at the pawn shop they were more knowledgeable and free
