"It would be very helpful if you could consider better matching patients with doctors who speak the same language. This would make communication so much easier and save a lot of time. Also, please encourage the doctors to use simpler, everyday language, not just complicated medical terms. This way, patients and doctors can understand each other without constantly needing a translator."
Christian SOCCI He is a wonderful doctor. I have never seen a dentist like him who is more than 100% professional in his work. I wish him all the best and I advise everyone to visit the dental clinics here. They are friendly and kind. The entire staff is excellent.
Student dentists and their advisors are absolutely great at what they do, the receptionist I had was NOT. Twice in a row two seperate appointments she somehow forgets to give me the basic required paperwork to file the insurance claim. When you know you don't take direct billing forgetting this multiple times is quite inconsiderate.
I was see at the Emergency Clinic on Mon Aug 12/2024 with a broken tooth, the student Stella and her other Student ( can't spell) were such a great team, very caring along with Dr Pollis. Amazing Doctor and I wish them to know how I felt...he found a solution to my problem and the students executed his suggestion with no pain...Stella walked me out to the awaiting car. I am so very thankful, and we all need positive feedback...thank you again
Students are friendly and the job was well done. Nice that the teacher will come and review the procedures. The scaling for my son was meticulous and prices reasonable. Highly recommended.
