Absolute rush job and they won't honor their warranty and fix the faulty workmanship, even though I've bugged them about it nonstop. Atrocious quality and customer service, avoid anything by them at all costs.
Make sure you don't move into one of their neighborhoods where they run the HOA. They don't bother to enforce their own HOA rules WHATSOEVER. My yearly HOA fees are a complete and total waste. My neighborhood has more than doubled in size since I first moved in. There isn't any extra common area that needs to be maintained and Schuler and their lawyers aren't doing anything to enforce the rules so, now that they're making double on fees compared to what they used to make, where is all of this extra money going? Great customer service and knowledgeable staff!
We lived in Cincinnati Ohio and wanted to move back to the Louisville area (Jeffersonville Indiana) to be near our children and grandkids after we retired. So after a long time researching, we decided to use Schuler Homes, best decision we’ve made in a long time. They allowed us to completely customize the house the way we wanted it.
