The PT was great and reasonable. She spent ample time with us to be sure we understood her treatment and was considerate of our time.

I was a patient there from Sep-Dec 2021. My experience was overall good, with a couple of negative notes. One day after I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was told that my PT was busy assessing a new patient and I'd be seen by the Assistant PT. This would not have been a problem except that the assistant was completely unfamiliar with my case and just kept asking ME what I wanted to do next. I was very positive going into physical therapy here based upon the way I was treated in 2011 with post bicep surgery and subsequent physical therapy. I requested the same therapist when I had scoliosis driven back pain. My particular issue involved pain that went from 3 in the morning to 7 daily unmedicated, due to lumbar pain due to arthritis in my 64 year old vertebrae, degredation of a couple of discs and impinged nerves.
