I joined a friend brining in her animal....I would never bring my animals here, the female vet was so unprofessional and down right rude. Not to mention a simple checkup is going to run you $250+ way overpriced, and terrible service. My vets office is half the cost on everything and much more friendly.
We had to put down our family dog today, and the Schuff team made it best experience it could be. They were polite, courteous, took time to explain the process to use, and most importantly, showed kindness and sympathy for what were going through. Our family can’t thank them enough.
Yall need to do better: There are only a few Universal Truths in this world - helping others in emergencies is one of them. Three times our dogs have needed Acute Care since we joined in 2019 and all 3 times you’ve refused to help them bc it wasn’t convenient for your schedule. This time it was the middle of the day on a Wednesday and your Vet was onsite. So basically, you just aren’t willing to help animals in need of acute care.
