The reason for the one star review was not because you woud not take care of the order. The one star review was because when I talked to your office they said they would call if there was any problem with the order. They never called. The only way I found out was by calling a week later to see if there was any problem. When a doctors office does not do what they said they were going to do, they get a one star review. Hope this clears up your shortcomings.
Nice and friendly staff. Had to stop in to get a prescription for my cat cause my vet was out of the medication.
Amazing experience. Took our 7 year old cat yesterday. He’s been in a cone for years and just won’t stop itching himself…. Dr. Cassidy diagnosed him within seconds. He’s been to the vet countless of times in South Carolina and no one has had any clue…. this vet was amazing!
The entire team has been fantastic. Greatly appreciate all the care you provide!
