Over charged when I went to pickup. Told me what it would be to fix it when I got back I was charged $75 more. Not worth it for a 90day warranty which would probably cost more $.

This is a terrible place. Untimely, unprofessional, exhibiting a thorough lack of knowledge, and even offensive. I showed up 10 minutes after the listed store hours and waited for 40 minutes; I knocked on the door and called the two listed numbers but only drew the attention of the two dogs inside. I left and came back an hour later when the door was finally open and dropped off the monitor, at which time I was told I would get a call either the same day or the next. Reading a prior review, I found it interesting. We had a completely different experience. Admittedly, they are eclectic there. But, we have had several things repaired there over the last several years and not had any of those problems; a couple of TVs, a computer and we've purchased a couple of turntable needles. Their store does look like an old converted restaurant. I can see where that might turn some people off. I just thought it was kind of different. Point is, give them a chance.
