I purchased my first Schuberth helment about 5 years ago. I bought it because it it supposed to be the quitest helment for motorcycle touring on the market. While it isn't perfect, it's still a great product. I give it 4 stars because my original C3 model became very noisy after 3 years of riding a full size touring motocycle nearly 70,000 miles. Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Helmet Repair I purchased this helmet (E2 Atlas priced at $899 with comm system pricing at an additional $400) less than a year ago, and while I initially loved its features, I’ve been dealing with frustrating issues with the visor and comm system that shouldn’t be happening so soon. The customer service provided was excellent, however, my low rating represents my overall satisfaction with the product, itself. In my experience, the C4 Pro helmet DOES NOT have adequate ventilation, as claimed. This is the feature I primarily based my purchase decision on, but it fails to impress. Unfortunately I've been unable to return the expensive helmet per retail store policy.
