The customer service provided was excellent, however, my low rating represents my overall satisfaction with the product, itself. In my experience, the C4 Pro helmet DOES NOT have adequate ventilation, as claimed. This is the feature I primarily based my purchase decision on, but it fails to impress. Unfortunately I've been unable to return the expensive helmet per retail store policy.

These folks always deliver, which goes to prove you get what you pay for...Love my S2 Drag with the SRCS System!

First off, real people answer the phones here. Then I rode in unannounced and the service tech Brian stopped what he was doing and repaired the sun visor on my helmet. I can't imagine doing that with any other helmet manufacturer.

My SRC System is out of commission due to the battery connector fail. Did some research online and find out the office is just around the corner from where I work. Called Schuberth North America office talk to Mark and he said to drop it off. Rode to the office today meet with Carroll the front desk and Jerry a Tech at Shuberth. They took the unit and did some test and confirm it is in fact the power system is bad. My intention were to drop it off for repair but since they do not have the part available.
