Deceptive Business Practices. I entered into a contract for subscription services. I canceled the contract through their online portal, then discovered over 10 months they were still charging me. They confirmed i had not been in any contact with them during that time and they never got my cancelation. I canceled again through their online portal and they still claimed they never got it and were unable to cancel my subscription or refund me any amount of money despite literally no services being provided.
