I was having issues with my boat, and on an incredibly busy 4th of July weekend, the team at Schroon Lake Marina immediately helped me out and got my family back on the water. I just want to say thank you very much! I really appreciate Schroon Lake Marina and am happy to be a part of them for many years now.
Poor communication from sales
Just had our new boat delivered and couldn't be more pleased. Craig went over everything with us. He took his time and made sure all our questions were answered. Everyone associated with the Marina follows his lead when it comes to customer service, if a problem arises it's taken care of. If you're in the market for a new boat or just want an old one serviced I highly recommend them.
Schroon Lake Marina is amazing. Craig and his entire staff work hard to make everything right for their customers. No request is denied, service is impeccable and they are genuinely happy to serve you. They are the best in the North Country.
Best in the business. The staff are awesome, always willing to help out, and always available when needed. We have been a dry dock customer for years(10+ at least) and have had numerous work performed on two different boats we owned. Always professional and courteous.
