*We have been in our home for about 6 months. Since we moved in there have been a couple of issues with the home. Each time we have reached out to Schrom about the situation they have reacted in a timely manner. We are very pleased with both our house and the HOA that it's in . Schrom Construction does a great job of maintaining the HOA . Snow removal was always completed very promptly . Our sidewalk,driveway and street were always cleaned very early which works out great . We have only had a couple of very minor issues with our house and they were taken care of almost immediately with no hassle or delays . * during the planning phase they were upfront and honest *they explained the reasons why things would be needed & the things that could be eliminated *because of the detailed planning phase the # of change orders were minimal *When change orders were necessary it wasn't difficult *which resulted in only a small change in the building budget *we were kept up to date during the building process. *Our home was completed on schedule, which made the move in process so much easier. *We would recommend Schrom & would build with the... read more
