I had my panoramic sunroof destroyed by an irresponsible cement company in Liberty, Missouri and they denied culpability, even with an eye witness. After our insurance sent us to not just one repair shop that first put in the wrong sunshade after the glass was repaired the second body shop ordered in the correct shade for our vehicle but installed it incorrectly twice.
