Schroering Rentals are the best! Kathy and Phil are easy to reach, and respond immediately to any questions or concerns I have. I could not ask for better landlords. They put quality finishes in their properties as well as energy efficient systems.
I have only had very positive interactions with this company over the few years that I have rented one of their units. Edit: I also want to add that Kathy has also been exceptionally easy to work with each and every time, I can't recommend renting from this company enough.
