We recently had a bunch of work done. Dave was incredibly nice and professional. He took the time to look over our jobs, answer any questions we had (and I had a lot) and came up with great ideas and solutions for the things we wanted. His quote was comprehensive and fair and he even warned us of potential problems he might encounter. He is super busy ( another sign of a good handyman) but made time for us. Dave and his crew did a terrific job. Dave’s attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right is 2nd to none. Additionally Dave does a great job of communicating throughout the project so you know exactly when and how things are being done. Dave operates with a high level of integrity which was extremely important to me and often not found with other contractors. I would absolutely use Schroeder Handyman services again in the future. Dave keeps His word, handles unexpected complications well, good detail, sticks to his price, blended new with old in our 300 year old house. Pleasant attitude with great team of brothers.
Lets just say David Schroeder and his team were worth the one year plus wait to get to us for our bathroom remodel, move walls, add walls, and add a pocket door etc. David is trustworthy, honest, fair priced, knowledgeable, hardworking, communicates effectively, listens to the customer and open to make changes. We enjoyed their company immensely. David knows we have plenty of projects for him in the future.
