We had a fantastic experience working with Dave and Bill, not only they did a great job with the work, they went extra miles to accommodate last minute surprises and issues that occurred during the work, I will strongly recommend Schroeder service.
David has been very easy to work with. We felt great after his first job with us so we contacted took with him again for a refurb of our basement. He and his team were able to provide a competitive price, open for changes and completed the job quickly. We love what he’s accomplished for us and we’ll be going back to him again on our next project.

Dave and his team did a great job renovating our rental condo. Work was done on budget, on time and the quality was excellent. Dave is a great communicator and always stays on top of things. Highly recommended.
Dave is an absolute pleasure to work with. He just completed a deck project for me and battled through some crazy weather to do it. Humidity, wind, rain... mother nature did not give him a break! Despite that, he still turned up and kept me informed throughout the process, never once leaving me guessing.
