We recently had a bunch of work done. Dave was incredibly nice and professional. He took the time to look over our jobs, answer any questions we had (and I had a lot) and came up with great ideas and solutions for the things we wanted. His quote was comprehensive and fair and he even warned us of potential problems he might encounter. He is super busy ( another sign of a good handyman) but made time for us. Dave and his crew did a terrific job. Dave’s attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right is 2nd to none. Additionally Dave does a great job of communicating throughout the project so you know exactly when and how things are being done. Dave operates with a high level of integrity which was extremely important to me and often not found with other contractors. I would absolutely use Schroeder Handyman services again in the future.
