We recently had a bunch of work done. Dave was incredibly nice and professional. He took the time to look over our jobs, answer any questions we had (and I had a lot) and came up with great ideas and solutions for the things we wanted. His quote was comprehensive and fair and he even warned us of potential problems he might encounter. He is super busy ( another sign of a good handyman) but made time for us.
