One of their trucks threw a rock and chipped our windshield on 170 in St. Louis back in May. I called as soon as it happened and have called two more times since. I am always told the same thing. . . the owner will call you back. I am still waiting.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went with them because they are a family run business and I thought they would be honorable. They delivered 4 pallets of sod and 75% of it was dead (see pictures). They asked ME to "count" the square footage. I told them I am not expert, and my numbers were just me counting with my footsteps. I paid $2,000 for sod and delivery and they will refund me $302 because it was my 'word'. I told them multiple times I didn't feel comfortable measuring and I was probably way off.
