Tara has been in the business for over 25 years. They made the entire house building process very easy. They are very upfront with all of their costs and have their pricing listed on the web site, which most other dealers don’t do that. I would highly recommend Schroeder’s as they are wonderful to work with.

Gary Sansone, we read your review, and we are sorry to hear that you were not happy. Based off what you mentioned in your review, that you had to wait weeks before we set your home onto your foundation. We waited on you to build your road to be able to get your house to your site. Once you were ready for us to set the home, it took a week and half to line up a crane company and set crew. You cannot set a home the second that you were ready for us.
