My experience with Rebecca Schroeder was disheartening. She didn't build rapport, had an off-putting demeanor and didn’t validate my fragile state of mind at all. I did not choose her, but that shouldn't matter because her duty is to be aware and present. Instead,she seems burnt out and disconnected.
