Moved out of Wisconsin last May,2020. Didn’t have a good experience. Packing crew was untrained and did poor job protecting our belongings. Many broken valuables and damaged furniture which they refused to accept responsibility for. Discovered after the loading that one of the crew stole several items, but again Schroeder took no responsibility. This company took advantage of an elderly lady who clearly has trouble walking and requires a cane. They treated her atrociously, creating a disaster move that we are still trying to sort out after 2.5 years. Do not give any business to this company. They rescheduled a pickup 3 different times on us and lied to us regarding driver arrival time. No communication and extremely disorganized company. Our driver said that he broke down, but found out that he was never in our state and had his licensed suspended due to a failed physical test. I warn you, do not even bother with this company!! Terrible customer service.
