I had taken my boat to another mechanic that had made my problem worse. I brought it to Charles and he took care of everything, replaced the intakes, repaired the top portion of the optical drive. it now has no problem starting cold/staying running and extremely reasonable pricing. He also modified my thermostats for better flow without charge. he did all this while updating me with pictures and videos every chance he could get, While also explaining the problem, instead of just telling me I needed to replace this and that. ... read more
